By accessing okgmes through any device — including desktop browsers, mobile phones, tablets, or any application interface — you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. This Agreement applies to all visitors, registered users, and any person who interacts with the okgmes platform in any capacity.

okgmes reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice beyond posting the revised version on the platform. Your continued use of any okgmes service following the posting of changes constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the amended terms. It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically.

These Terms and Conditions should be read alongside the okgmes Privacy Policy and any specific game or promotion rules that may apply to individual features or offers. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail for that game only. For all other matters, this Agreement takes precedence.

To register and maintain an account on okgmes, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine regulations governing casino-style gambling activities.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures are not permitted to hold player accounts.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of okgmes, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not currently be subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement on any licensed gaming platform.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Philippine mobile number. okgmes will conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification before processing any withdrawals. You may be required to submit valid government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active okgmes account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein. If you discover that a duplicate account exists in your name, you must notify okgmes support immediately.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your okgmes account credentials, including your username, password, and withdrawal PIN. okgmes strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via your registered Philippine mobile number to add an additional layer of protection to your account.

You must not share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized or not — will be treated as your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify okgmes support immediately via live chat and change your password without delay.

okgmes will never contact you to request your password, full card details, or withdrawal PIN. Any communication claiming to be from okgmes that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

• Do not use public or shared Wi-Fi networks when logging into your okgmes account.
• Do not use the same password for your okgmes account as for other online services.
• Ensure your registered email account is itself secured with a strong password and 2FA.
• Log out of your okgmes session when using a shared or public device.
• Review your transaction history regularly and report any discrepancies to support promptly.

okgmes reserves the right to temporarily lock an account if unusual or suspicious activity is detected. In such cases, additional identity verification may be required before the account lock is lifted. This measure exists to protect you and the integrity of the platform.

okgmes accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and supported cryptocurrency networks. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified. No currency conversion fees are applied to PHP transactions. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PHP at the prevailing market rate at the time of deposit confirmation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. okgmes may request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds. Withdrawals will be processed only to payment methods previously used to deposit into the account, except where okgmes support explicitly approves an alternative method.

okgmes does not charge processing fees on standard GCash or PayMaya withdrawals. For bank transfers and cryptocurrency withdrawals, nominal network or processing fees may apply and will be disclosed at the time of the withdrawal request. All deposits are final once confirmed — chargebacks attempted through your bank or payment provider will be treated as a breach of this Agreement and will result in account suspension.

okgmes offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload offers, free spins, cashback promotions, and sports betting specials. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be communicated clearly at the time the offer is presented.

General conditions applicable to all okgmes bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Each player is entitled to claim a welcome bonus only once. Creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses constitutes fraud.

In cases where a technical error occurs on the okgmes platform side that results in an incorrect game outcome or payout, okgmes reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered stake to the player's account.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the okgmes platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will face immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or KYC, impersonating another person, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.

Any unauthorized use of okgmes intellectual property will result in immediate account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, okgmes, its affiliates, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of gaming profits or anticipated winnings.
• Interruption of service due to technical maintenance, network failures, or force majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Errors in game outcomes caused by client-side technical failures.
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers.

okgmes provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Your use of the platform is at your sole risk.

In jurisdictions where the limitation or exclusion of liability for certain types of damages is not permitted, okgmes's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall be limited to the total amount of real-money funds held in your okgmes account at the time the claim arises.

okgmes reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or unverifiable identity information.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or collusion.
• A court order, regulatory directive, or law enforcement request.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, subject to applicable dormancy policies.
• The account holder being identified as a person under 21 years of age.

Upon termination for cause, okgmes may withhold any remaining account balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that a breach occurred, the balance may be forfeited in full. If the investigation finds no breach, the verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method.

Players may close their own accounts at any time by submitting a request via live chat support. Upon voluntary account closure, any verified real-money balance will be processed for withdrawal to the account holder's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

okgmes reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute with okgmes through good-faith negotiation by contacting our support team in writing. okgmes commits to responding to formal written complaints within 10 business days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within 30 days, either party may pursue the available legal remedies.

okgmes's decisions on all gaming matters — including game outcomes, bonus eligibility, and account standing — are final and binding unless determined to be in error by an independent review. Disputes regarding specific game outcomes must be submitted within 14 days of the relevant transaction date.
